TERM OF SERVICE
1. The client will receive the work as .png and .jpg files according to the agreed size and resolution of 300 DPI.
• We will provide a clear background version for free.2. The turnaround time is 5-10 days depending on the job details (and follow by your queue)
• No rush orders accepted
• Queue will be based on briefing submission and payment of deposit.3. The price listed is a base price for 1 character. Additional charges may apply depending on the details of the image.4. Commercial commissions will be charged at twice the final price.5. The client must pay a 50% deposit of the full price before work begins (payment to be made after the artist accepts the briefing).
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.6. The artist may post the work on various platforms (with watermarks) unless the client requests otherwise in advance.7. AI-generated works or creating NFTs, is strictly prohibited in all cases.
WORKING PROCESS
How to order??
Step 1. Briefing and Agreement on Price, and 50% Deposit for Queue Reservation• Send briefing details as text or a Google Doc link via Twitter DM or email to [email protected].
• If you have references, you can include them in the document.
• (important ! tell me how the character feels/mood & tone you want)
• (Feel free to sketch a rough drawing or composition if it helps !♥)Step 2. Checking sketch and color guides• You are requested to check before reaching the line art stage, as revisions won't be accepted after the line art is completed.Step 3. Line Art, Work CompletionStep 4. Payment of Remaining Balance before Sending the Completed Artwork*** Revision ***
• Revision counts start from Step 2
• Up to 3 revisions are allowed (additional revisions are charged at 3 USD each).Step 5. After Payment and Sending the Files via EmailClients can use the artwork according to the agreed terms immediately after receiving it.
The artist will not promote the client's artwork without prior consent.
If the work has already started, there will be no refund in any case. Unless it's my problem that I myself can't complete the work. (it's will be 100% refund)
